I’m more than happy to tell you about my experience with Dave Gumpper. He turned a dilapidated garage into the most beautiful office/apartment complex in town. I get compliments on the building all the time from borough officials, neighbors, and people who’ve lived here a long time and appreciate the change.

Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was on budget and finished ahead of schedule. He is one of the most professional men I’ve met in his field, and was very easy to work with. He works well with the local authorities too. When we decided to do a million dollar renovation of another facility of ours, I didn’t hesitate to call Dave, and in fact did not even get other estimates. I would recommend Dave Gumpper to anyone.

From my first conversation with Dave through the day he moved me in; I experienced EXTRAORDINARY service, high quality workmanship, unbelievable responsiveness, a ton of guidance, and had a lot of fun.

Dave advised me beautifully, giving me homework assignments at a pace that was manageable. In addition, Dave’s team and subcontractors were equally as great.  My home was built to perfection and I moved in on the day Dave promised. Dave Gumpper helped me easily accomplish one of the highlights of my life.

Dave has a great ability to clearly communicate with his clients. I was very thankful and appreciative that he kept me updated. When I did have questions, (and there were many) he was prompt in finding the answers and getting back to me in a timely fashion. The team’s honesty and clarity made for a smooth progression of events in getting the house up and finished. From the time of staking out the site and positioning of the house to the final days before closing, you made the entire process go off without a hitch.

Enough cannot be said to explain how comfortable I felt working with Dave and his team. Dave and his team should be proud of their efforts and of their honest manner in dealing with clients. You certainly have built a reputation that is well deserved.

We built our home with Dave Gumpper in 2003. We discussed our plans with several builders, but from the first time we met Dave, we knew he would be our builder. Dave understood what it was that we wanted, and provided many suggestions on how to accomplish it. During the building process, there were several times that we decided to do things a little differently than originally planned. Dave was always willing to accommodate, and played an important role in making our home as comfortable and efficient as it is today.
